Autobooks Overview

Autobooks allows you to create and send invoices, as well as accept online payments directly into your PSB checking account and automate bookkeeping tasks through PSB’s digital banking platform. • Replaces multiple cashflow management tools with an all-in-one solution • Delivers consumer payments directly into your existing accounts • Offers basic accounting and reporting functionality for added convenience • Accelerates payments through custom invoices and reminder automation • The first time you access Autobooks, you will need to accept the terms and conditions and create an Autobooks account.

1. To access Autobooks, in the Business Banking tab, click the Autobooks tab. a. To directly access your invoices and create new ones, from the View Accounts page, click the Invoice button. b. To directly access your payment forms and create new ones, from the View Accounts page, click the Payment button.
