Installing Remote Deposit Scan Service

You are now ready to begin installation of the Remote Deposit Scan Service, but first a few important reminders: • Local administrator rights are required to install the new scanner drivers required for PB&T Biz’s Remote Deposit application. Contact your company’s IT resource if you are unsure whether you have the necessary authority for this installation. • Please ensure the scanner’s USB cable is disconnected from the computer and exit all other applications. • Uninstall any previously installed Remote Deposit scanner drivers see Uninstalling Existing Scanner Drivers below. Uninstalling Existing Scanner Drivers Open the Control Panel from your Start Menu and select Programs and Features . 1. Locate your current Remote Deposit application, right click and select “Uninstall” from the drop-down.
