Autobooks Overview

Autobooks allows you to create and send invoices, as well as accept online payments directly into your Southside checking account and automate bookkeeping tasks through Southside’s digital banking platform. Autobooks: • Replaces multiple cashflow management tools with an all-in-one solution • Delivers consumer payments directly into your existing accounts • Offers basic accounting and reporting functionality for added convenience • Accelerates payments through custom invoices and reminder automation

To access autobooks, in the Transactions tab, click Send Invoices . When you first access autobooks you will need to enter additional information about your business.
