Security Alerts Manage Alerts lets you control which security notifications you receive and how they’re delivered. Choose the events you want to be notified about, such as password changes or secure access updates, and customize your preferred notification methods to stay informed about important account activity.

1. Click the Security Alerts button. 2. Choose the contact method that allows TDECU to reach you immediately with a six-digit Secure Access Code (SAC). Click either the Voice call or Text message button. 3. Enter the SAC and click the Submit button. 4. Use the toggles to enable an alert. 5. Use the drop-down to select an additional notification method. 6. To edit your delivery preferences, click the Edit Delivery Preferences button when you are finished. a. Update your delivery preferences and click the Save button.
