Getting Started Logging In

After enrollment, a Secure Access Code (SAC) will be required when logging in unless Biometric login through a mobile device is used.

1. Click the Log In button. 2. Enter your username, password and click the Log In button. 3. Choose the contact method that allows TDECU to reach you immediately with a six-digit Secure Access Code (SAC). 4. Enter the SAC and click the Submit button. Note: If you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account will be temporarily locked, and you may not be able to reset your password. To unlock your account, go to page 10 and follow the steps to “unlock a username.” If you are unable to unlock your account, please call us at (800) 839-1154 for assistance.

Logging Off For your security, you should always log off when you finish your Digital Banking

session. We may also log you off due to inactivity. 1. Click the Log Off tab in the navigation menu. 2. Close your internet browser.
