Getting Started Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, you can easily reestablish a new one from the TDECU Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the Log In button. 2. Click the “Forgot your password?” link. 3. Enter your username and click the Submit button.

Note: You may not be able to change your password if your account is locked and you are unable to complete identify verification.
