Single Check If you’re ever worried about a pending written check, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent that check from being cashed. In the Sidebar Menu , click Stop Payment . 1. Select an account using the “Account Number” drop-down. 2. Select Single Check using the “Stop Payment On” drop-down. 3. Click the Next button.
