Part 3 of 11: Allowed Actions Allowed Actions determine what payment activities a user can perform within Q2 Treasury Management. They help control which transactions a user can create, approve, or manage, as well as the accounts and services they can access. Depending on the service, Allowed Actions may also define transaction limits, approval requirements, and other payment-related permissions. Example: A user may have access to ACH services but only be authorized to initiate payments from specific accounts or approve transactions up to a certain limit. Those permissions are controlled through Allowed Actions.
Note: If a user attempts to create or approve a transaction outside of their assigned permissions, the transaction may be restricted or unavailable within the platform.
