Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the Submit button to save. 11. Contact UMB Treasury Management Support at 800.342.9129. Inform the Support Representative that you need the link between Positive Pay and Online Banking completed. Be prepared to provide the user’s online banking user name and newly created Positive Pay user name.
