User Management
Editing a User To edit user with Business Bill Pay authority you must be a Level One user for your company.
Note : Only one user in a company may be Level One, and only the Level One user can update Business Bill Pay entitlements.

Click the Services tab, then User Management . 1. Click the “Edit” link next to the user you wish to edit. 2. Make any necessary edit to the user. 3. To reset a user’s password, click the Reset Password button. 4. To deactivate a user, click the Deactivate User button. 5. Use the drop-down to change a user’s business bill pay status. For more information about editing a user’s business bill pay status go to page 126.
6. Click the Save and Continue button when you are finished.
