Payments and Transfers Verify an External Transfer Account with Micro Deposits As soon as UMB makes two small deposits of less than a dollar into your external account, you are asked to verify those amounts within Online Banking. Once they are confirmed, you can begin transferring money to the external account.

In the Payments and Transfers tab, click External Accounts . 1. Click the “Verify” link on the account card you would like to verify. 2. Enter the amounts of the two micro-deposits made into your external account and click the Submit button. 3. Select how you wish to receive a security code. 4.
