Canceling a Single Payment You may have the option to cancel a payment if it has not yet posted.

In the Payments and Transfers tab, click Pay Bills . 1. Click the Payments tab. 2. Click the icon and select “Cancel Payment.” 3. Click the Yes button to confirm.
