Canceling a Recurring Payment You may also have the option to cancel a recurring payment after you schedule it.

In the Payments and Transfers tab, click Pay Bills . 1. Click the Recurring Payments tab. 2. Click the icon and select “Cancel Recurring Payment.” 3. Decide if you want to cancel pending payments as well. 4. Click the Yes button to confirm.
