Getting Started Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you happen to forget your password, you can easily reestablish a new one from the Waukesha State Bank Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the Digital Banking Login button. 2. Click the “Forgot Password?” link. 3. Enter your username. 4. Enter the primary user’s email address. 5. Click the Next button.

6. (Optional) If you don’t remember your username or email click the “Try another way” link and enter your social security number and account number. 7. After successfully completing the two-factor authentication, you will be able to create a new password and log in.
