Security Push Notifications

You can enroll to receive push notifications for security alerts and secure login multi-factor authentication (MFA). Push notifications are completely free to receive and offer a faster, more secure alternative to SMS and email - helping reduce fraud risk, giving you greater control over your preferences, and delivering real-time alerts directly to your device. Push notifications will show up as a banner at the top of your lock screen or in your “notification tray.” You can manage your registered devices in Secure Delivery Contact Information, where you can update device names or remove a device if needed. Important Notes: • In session MFA push notifications for transaction initiation and other high-risk actions are not included. Secure access codes (SAC) via SMS and voice will continue to be used for MFA for these actions. • Push notifications are turned off by default and must be enabled • Users on older versions of the Digital Banking mobile app may need to update their app to access this feature.

Note: This feature is only available when using our mobile app on your device.
