Getting Started First Time Log In

1. Click the Log In button. 2. Enter your login ID and temporary password and click the Log In button. 3. Choose the contact method that allows Western State Bank to reach you immediately with a Secure Access Code (SAC). This numbered code is only valid for a short time, and you will need to request a new one if it expires. 4. Enter the SAC and click the Submit button. Never share your SAC code with anyone. 5. Choose whether to register your device for future logins. If you click the Register Device button, you will not need to request a SAC from that device.

Note: For additional security, you may be required to use a Secure Access Code (SAC) each time you log in from an unregistered device. Only register devices you trust.

6. Review the Digital Banking Services Agreement on the Disclaimers page and click the I Accept button to agree to the terms and conditions. 7. A view-only profile page appears. Review the information and click the Submit button. 8. Change your password by using your old temporary password. 9. Congratulations! You have successfully logged in to Digital Banking!
