1. Click the Yes button. 2. Enter the Serial Number/Credential ID and the Token/Credential Code on your token and click the Submit button. a. If you received a physical token from Blackhawk Bank, the Credential ID is located on the back of the token and is after the S/N. b. On the front of the token, press and release the button as indicated to generate a Security Code on the screen. The Security Code for the physical token is good for 60 seconds. c.
