Services Stop Payment Request

Single Check If you’re ever worried about a pending written check, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent that check from being processed. If you need the current fee information, please click on Ask about this account or call us during our business hours at 866.771.8924.

In the Accounts tab, select an account. 1. Click the Stop payments button. 2. Click the “+ Add another stop payment” link. 3. Select “A single check.”
