Autobooks Overview

Autobooks allows you to create and send invoices, as well as accept online payments directly into your Blackhawk Bank checking account and automate bookkeeping tasks through Blackhawk Bank’s digital banking platform.

1. To access your invoices and create new ones, from the Dashboard, click the Send an Invoice button. Autobooks: • Replaces multiple cashflow management tools with an all-in-one solution • Delivers consumer payments directly into your existing accounts • Offers basic accounting and reporting functionality for added convenience • Accelerates payments through custom invoices and reminder automation • The first time you access Autobooks, you will need to accept the terms and conditions and create an Autobooks account.
