Autobooks Send an Invoice

Create and send invoices in minutes. Your customers can pay you with their debit card, credit card or an electronic bank transfer. Payments are deposited directly into your Blackhawk Bank account in two business days.

1. Click the + New invoice button. 2. Select a customer or create a new one. For more information about creating a customer, go to page 174. 3. (For single invoices) Enter a due date. 4. (For recurring invoices) Click the “Make recurring” toggle. 5. (For recurring invoices) Use the drop-down to select a frequency. 6. (For recurring invoices) Enter a start date and days until due. 7. (For recurring invoices) Use the drop-down to select a day of the week. 8. (For recurring invoices) Use the drop down to select a frequency option. 9. (For recurring invoices) Enter either a number of times or an end date.
