In the Sidebar Menu , click Business Features , then click Manage Users . 1. Locate user in the list or using the search field 2. Click the icon on the right side once user has been located and click 3. A pop up will populate asking if you are sure you want to disable the user, select Confirm . Disable User .

Note : Always remember to click the Save Changes button at the top right.
