Business Banking Sending a Secure Message

Starting a new conversation through Online Banking is just as effortless as sending an email. Unlike an email, you can safely include confidential personal information relating to your accounts or attach files within a new message.

In the Sidebar Menu , click Other Features then click Secure Messaging . 1. Create a new message by clicking the icon.

2. Select the subject from the drop-down. 3. (Optional) Attach a file by clicking the 4. Enter your message. 5. Click the Send button when you are finished.
