ACH Positive Pay Introduction

ACH Positive Pay enables Business Users to set ACH Filters and/or Rules(s) for your account(s) and will validate ACH transactions presented for payment. When an ACH item falls within the ACH Filter rules, the item is paid as normal. If the ACH item falls outside of the filter rules and there is a discrepancy, the system rejects the item and reports it to your financial institution as a Rejected Item. The Business User can then review and determine whether or not to pay the item(s) and make a Pay or No-Pay decision within their Fusion Digital Online Banking application. Item(s) must be decided daily by 11:00 AM EST and marked Pay/Return. You will be able to Pay/Return items in this list. Please note: when deciding to Pay an item, it must be added to the Company ID listing as well. R29 (Corp. Cust. Advises Not Authorized) would be used to return a debit and R23 (Credit Entry Refused by Receiver) would be used to return a credit. ACH Positive Pay Process 1. Financial Institution configures the business and users for ACH Positive Pay 2. Business user enters ACH filters manually within Fusion Digital Banking. Financial institution processes based on the business user’s decision
