NOTE: You must submit your Pay or Return decision by 3:30 PM EST. If no decision is submitted, the transaction will automatically Pay or Return based on your default decision.

3. Select a transaction that needs to have a decision made. 4. Select either “Pay” or “Return.” If Return is selected, you will need to select a reason. For ACH items, it will always be Unauthorized ACH Transaction. 5. Click the Submit Decisions button when you are finished.

Note : A “Decisions Submitted” indicator bar will appear if successful. The chosen decision status of ‘Pay’ or ‘Return’ will show under the amount.
