3. Select a transaction that needs to have a decision made. 4. Select either Pay or Return . If “Return” is selected, you will need to select a reason. 5. Click the Submit Decisions button when you are finished. Note : A ‘Decisions Submitted’ indicator bar will appear if successful. The chosen decision status of ‘Pay’ or ‘Return’ will show under the amount.
