To pay a loan or credit card with a non-First Citizens Bank account or debit card: You can choose to make one-time payments to your loan or credit card from an external checking or savings account (i.e., an account you have at another financial institution) or an external debit card account (i.e., a debit card issued by another financial institution). There will be no charge for this service. Note : External account and debit card details will not be saved for this service. Unlike payments made using a First Citizens Bank account, payments using an external checking or savings account, or an external debit card account cannot be set up as recurring.
