Report Lost or Stolen Card This option sends a message to Member Service reporting the loss of your card. After you send the message, your card will be blocked automatically.

In the Accounts tab, click Manage Cards . 1. Click the Report Lost or Stolen Card tab. 2. Check the box to receive a notification when a response is sent to this message. 3.
