Getting Started New User Enrollment

If you’re new to Online Banking with Northwest, you need to complete the enrollment process the first time you log in. Once you complete these few quick steps, you’ll be on your way to banking everywhere you go! 1. Type “northwest.bank” into your browser.

2. Click the Log In button. 3. Click the “Enroll Now” link.

4. Review and accept the enroll personal online banking agreement. 5. Fill out the registration form with the required information and click the Submit button.

Note : The details you provide are verified by comparing them to your contact information in our system. If the information does not match, call us at 877-672-5678 to update your profile.

6. Choose the contact method that allows Northwest to reach you immediately with a confirmation code. This numbered code is only valid for a short time, and you will need to request a new one if it expires. 7. Enter the confirmation code and click the Submit button. 8. Create a user ID and password, then click the Register button. 9. Click the Continue button. 10. Select and answer your security questions. 11. Review your security questions and answers, and click the Submit button. 12. Congratulations! You have successfully logged in to Online Banking! If you have any questions or concerns, call us at 877-672-5678.

Getting Started

Logging In After your first-time enrollment, logging in is easy and only requires your user ID and password. If you are logging in on a device that is not recognized you will be prompted to enter a confirmation code.

Note : If you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account will be temporarily locked. Click the “Unlock/Forgot Password” link to unlock your account. Go to page 10 for more information.

Logging Off For your security, you should always log off when you finish your Online Banking session. We may also log you off due to inactivity. 1. Click the “Log Out” link in the upper right hand corner. 2. Close your internet browser.

A. On the Account Summary page, you can click on an account name to view the Account Activity page. You can also click the Accounts tab and then click Account Summary . B. Click the “Details” link to view additional account details, which could include Account Name, Account Nickname, Account Number, Date Opened, Interest Rate, Year to Date Interest, Last Deposit Date, Last Deposit and Account Balance. C. Account History shows the last 30 days of transactions for this account by default. Accounts Manage Cards

Our card management feature helps you control your cards by giving you the ability to disable and enable each card as well as set limits for how and where your cards are used. You can also create alerts to notify you when your card is used for all or certain types of transactions. Lock Card/Unlock Card This option prevents your card from being used for new transactions. Pending and recurring transactions won’t be affected. You can unlock your card at any time.

This option allows you to be notified when your card is used for all or certain types of transactions. • All Transactions: Receive an alert every time a transaction is attempted using your card. • Transactions Over $_____: Receive an alert every time a transaction is attempted for an amount exceeding a limit you specify. • International Transactions: Receive an alert every time a transaction is attempted outside the United States. • Merchant Types: Receive an alert every time a transaction is attempted at certain types of merchants. • Transaction Types: Receive an alert every time certain types of transactions are attempted (such as ATM, e-commerce, in-store, or mail/ phone order). Money Insights

Our Money Insights tool allows you to manage your money from your Online Banking account. View your investments, mortgage, credit card, account balances and transactions in one place. Easily create budgets, categorize and track spending habits, as well as tag your transactions to see where and how you spend your money. In the Accounts tab, click Money Insights .

• Main Page : You’ll find an overview of your financial standing on the Accounts page, as well a host of tools you can use to manage your money. • Transactions : View all of your transactions from both internal and external accounts. Money Insights automatically imports transactions from all of your accounts, including those that you added from other financial institutions and categorizes them. • Spending : Presents a comprehensive spending wheel displaying a breakdown of your spending across categories. If you hover over each section of the spending wheel, you will see how much you spend in each category. • Budgets : Track your spending. Add targets that will help you better control expenses like shopping or dining out. When you establish spending targets, you can also schedule notifications via a delivery method of your choice when you are near your budget limit.
