Card Management Report Card Lost/Stolen

When you tap the Report Card Lost/Stolen option, your card will be turned off to prevent unauthorized purchases. Recurring payments will still occur.

Log into our Northwest Online Banking or Mobile Banking app. Click the Cards tab. 1. Tap the Report Lost or Stolen tab. 2. Click the Continue button. 3. Call Northwest at 877-672-5678 to complete the report.
