Security Profile Updates

We take security very seriously at Northwest. So we have added various tools to help you better protect your account information. You can add and manage these features in Profile Updates to strengthen your Online Banking experience. Change User ID You can also change your user ID at any time. Create a unique user ID you will remember and follow our required guidelines.

Click your name in the top right corner. In the Profile tab, click User ID . 1. Enter and confirm your new user ID. 2. Click the Update button when you are finished making changes.
