Security Sending a Secure Message
Starting a new conversation through Online Banking is just as effortless as sending an email. Unlike an email, you can safely include confidential information relating to your accounts or attach files within a new message.

Click your name in the top right corner, then click Messages . 1. Create a new message by clicking the “Compose New” link in the top left corner. 2. Use the drop-down to select a category. 3. (Optional) Use the drop-down to select an account. 4. Enter the subject. 5. Enter your message. 6. Check the box to add an attachment.
7. Check the box to receive a response notification. 8. Click the Send button when you are finished.
