If you have questions about your accounts or need to speak with someone at Northwest, Messages allow you to communicate directly with a Northwest account holders service representative. From the Messages page, you can find replies, old messages or create new conversations. Message Overview

Click your name in the top right corner, then click Messages . A. Click on a message to open it. B. Click the icon to delete a message C. Delete an opened message by clicking the Delete Thread button or reply by clicking the Reply button.
