Getting Started New User Enrollment

If you’re new to Online Banking with Northwest, you need to complete the enrollment process the first time you log in. Once you complete these few quick steps, you’ll be on your way to banking everywhere you go! 1. Type “northwest.bank” into your browser.

2. Click the Log In button. 3. Click the “Enroll Now” link.

4. Review and accept the enroll personal online banking agreement. 5. Fill out the registration form with the required information and click the Submit button.

Note : The details you provide are verified by comparing them to your contact information in our system. If the information does not match, call us at 877-672-5678 to update your profile.

6. Choose the contact method that allows Northwest to reach you immediately with a confirmation code. This numbered code is only valid for a short time, and you will need to request a new one if it expires. 7. Enter the confirmation code and click the Submit button. 8. Create a user ID and password, then click the Register button. 9. Click the Continue button. 10. Select and answer your security questions. 11. Review your security questions and answers, and click the Submit button. 12. Congratulations! You have successfully logged in to Online Banking!
