Getting Started

Logging In After your first-time enrollment, logging in is easy and only requires your Login ID and Password. If you are logging in using a device that you have not previously registered, you need to request a Secure Access Code.

Note : If you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account will be temporarily locked. Call us at 889-7755 (800-347- 2838 outside the Albuquerque area) for assistance.

session. We may also log you off due to inactivity. 1. Click the Log Off tab in the navigation menu. 2. Close your Internet browser.
