Autobooks Refund a Payment

Easily refund a payment.

In the Business Banking tab, click the Autobooks tab. Then click the Payment Link tab. 1. Click the Payments tab. 2. Click the payment you would like to refund. 3. Click the “Refund payment” link. A refunded online payment will credit the full amount paid back to the payment method for the customer. Click Yes, refund payment. 4. Click the “Done” link.
