Logging In: Admin User If you are your company’s primary administrator for the Remote Deposit application, our Treasury Management Support team will provide you with an ADMIN username, a temporary password and a company name via Secure email that must be entered upon first logging in to the application. Instructions for accessing Remote Deposit can be found in the Accessing the Application instructions shown on page 117.
1. Enter your User Name, Password and Company. 2. Click the Login button. 3. The system will prompt you to change your password. Passwords expire every 90 days and are case-sensitive. Note : If an admin user or system user forgets their password, they have the option to request a new one using the Creating a Secret Question instructions shown below, as long as they have a current email address in their user profile.
