Remote Deposit Capture Deleting a Scanned Image

If a check image scans incorrectly or contains poor image quality, it can be removed before the deposit is submitted. Deleting the scanned image allows you to rescan the check and ensure the correct image is included in the deposit. This helps prevent processing issues or rejected deposits.

1. Locate the check you want to delete and click the + sign to the left of the check. Verify the image selected is the correct one to be deleted. 2. Click the X icon as to delete the scanned check, 3. Click the Yes button.
