Remote Deposit Capture Deleting a Deposit

A deposit can be deleted if it was created in error or if the items need to be rescanned. Deleting the deposit removes all scanned items associated with it before it is submitted to the bank. Once deleted, a new deposit can be created with the correct information.

1. To delete a deposit while currently in the deposit, click the Delete Deposit button. 2. Click the Yes button.

Note: A deposit cannot be deleted if it has a “Submitted” or “Delivered” status. A removed deposit cannot be recovered. If you need the deposit, you must re-capture it.
