Remote Deposit Capture Search for Previously Processed Items

The search feature allows you to locate deposits and checks that have already been processed through Remote Deposit Capture. You can search using criteria such as date ranges, deposit amounts, or item details. This feature is useful for research, reconciliation, and responding to inquiries about past deposits. 1

In the Services tab, click Remote Deposit Capture . 1. Select the View Items tab. 2. Select the “Search” drop-down.

3. Click the “Advanced Search” to search by something other than the amount. 4. Enter search criteria in search options. Include a deposit ID or at least one MICR field in the search criteria and click the Search button.

Note: If using this search feature within the View Deposits tab, do not forget to change the radial button to display “All Deposits.”

5. Click on the + or – by the item to view or to close. Each deposit can be reviewed individually from the View Deposits tab and PDF with Images reports can be pulled by going into each deposit. Multiple standard deposit reports can be pulled from the Reports tab by following the instructions in the next section. 6. Click the Clear button if you need to complete a new search.
